I am in my late 40's with dry, sensitive skin. I have found my skin responds well to micellar water and cleansing oils. I was nervous to try this since it says you don't need to rinse it off, and I thought you always had to rinse micelles. I also worried that witch hazel would be too drying for me.This arrived in a plastic bottle. I wish it were tinted to protect from light damage. There is a small hole to allow the toner to come out. You then wipe it on a cotton round over your face and apply your moisturizer. I was surprised that even when following a good cleanser this would still pick up some grime off my face. It is water thin, and has a slight fragrance although I think it is a natural scent, not added fragrance, and it doesn't bother me at all.I was even more surprised when this didn't dry my face or set off my sensitive skin. No, I didn't find it moisturizing, but I also didn't find it stripping or irritating. I had no negative reactions from my sensitive skin at all.
