I use it every morning and every night anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes and it is made a huge difference in my skin. My favorite brush head is the silicone It's really easy for me to use product with and cleanse. I love the case because it has breathable holes so when you put anything in there that is wet it naturally air dries.
