I use essential oils for a variety of purposes. I will say that I do not ingest oils from this brand, as I'm not fully confident in the purity of these. However, they are wonderful for diffusing and have the appropriate smell. I also use them in roll-on blends for muscle discomfort and this brand has the same beneficial effect as do the top name brands that are exorbitantly priced. The Jasmine is pleasantly strong, not in an overpowering sense, but more aromatic than Jasmine scented wares tend to be.
